These terms govern your use of Pratt Dock Scheduler, the dock appointment application at www.prattdock.com operated by Pratt Logistics, LLC. By requesting an account or using the application, you accept these terms.
1. Who may use the application
Pratt Dock Scheduler is a business application for scheduling dock appointments at Pratt Logistics facilities. It is intended for employees and contractors of Pratt Logistics and for staff at carrier and shipper companies that do business with Pratt Logistics.
It is not offered to the general public and is not intended for personal or household use. You must be at least 18 years old and acting in the course of your employment or engagement.
2. Accounts and approval
Anyone may request access, but a request is not an account. An account becomes usable only after a Pratt Logistics administrator approves it and associates it with an approved carrier, shipper, or plant. We may decline or revoke a request at our discretion.
The information you give when requesting access must be accurate and current, and you must keep it up to date.
3. Keeping your account secure
Your account is personal to you. Do not share your password, let anyone else use your account, or use an account that was issued to someone else.
You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Choose a strong password, do not reuse a password from another service, and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. Acting for your company
When you use the application on behalf of a carrier, shipper, or other company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that company and to accept these terms on its behalf. Both you and that company are responsible for what is done through your account.
Tell us promptly if you stop working for that company or your authority to act for it ends, so your access can be removed.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Access data, appointments, or records belonging to a company you are not authorized to act for
- Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or approval steps
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the application, or interfere with its operation
- Use automated tools to extract data, or copy data in bulk
- Upload anything containing malicious code
- Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Book appointments you do not intend to keep, or hold slots to deny them to others
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms
6. The information you enter
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Enter only information that is needed for the business purpose, and only information you are authorized to provide. If you enter details about another person, you confirm you are permitted to give them to us.
Do not enter sensitive personal information in free-text fields. This includes Social Security and other government identification numbers, payment card, bank, and other financial account details, health and medical information, and login credentials. None of it is required to schedule a dock appointment.

7. Appointments and scheduling
Records in the application, including appointments, loads, and their status, are operational records maintained for the convenience of the parties involved. They do not vary, replace, or add to any contract, rate agreement, or purchase order between Pratt Logistics and your company. Where the application and a contract conflict, the contract governs.
A booked appointment is a scheduling arrangement, not a guarantee. Dock availability, plant operations, weather, and other circumstances can require an appointment to be changed, delayed, or cancelled. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment where operationally necessary.
Site rules, safety requirements, and check-in procedures apply at every facility regardless of what the application shows.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the application available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.
If the application is unavailable, contact the plant or your Pratt Logistics contact directly to arrange or confirm an appointment.
9. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or remove your access at any time, with or without notice, including where we believe these terms have been breached, where your authority to act for a company has ended, where an account is dormant, or where the business relationship ends.
You may ask us to close your account at any time. Records of appointments, loads, and other business activity are retained after an account closes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Ownership
The application, its software, design, and content are owned by Pratt Logistics, LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application for the business purpose described in these terms, and for no other purpose. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell, or create derivative works from it.
11. Confidentiality
Information you see in the application about Pratt Logistics operations, other companies, plants, loads, and schedules is confidential business information. Use it only for the purpose of doing business with Pratt Logistics, and do not disclose it to anyone who is not entitled to see it.
12. Disclaimer
The application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pratt Logistics, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information in it is complete or accurate at any moment.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pratt Logistics, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, detention or demurrage charges, or costs arising from a missed, delayed, changed, or cancelled appointment, whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the application.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the Effective Date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will give notice in the application or by email before it takes effect. Your continued use of the application after that date means you accept the updated terms.
